Gender Diverse Care Coalition NH

We are a volunteer run coalition of service providers in New Hampshire working to expand awareness of existing gender affirming resources in the area. We also share information through our provider education blog and provide resources library to help expand the pool of knowledgeable and informed providers to work with trans, non-binary, and gender diverse clients and patients. We host a quarterly meeting for providers who want to connect, get support, and share information and resources.
